Dumaguete

I have left Dumaguete and I would not know if I will ever come back there again. I am now in Cagayan de Oro City which is much better for me since I know many people here unlike in Dumaguete where the only ones who know me are the pedicab drivers and the lotto people who take my bet every night. Kidding aside, I do miss the Boulevard and the spraw from the waves trying to come to dry land as though it were preferable to the wet life it is used to. 

I have been working on prout and new economics but I don't particularly go for the tactics being proferred. I have seen that it is ineffecive and ineffectual. The principles behind it is sound but it is with the way they are trying to implement it that I do not care much about.  hiphop / blues piano / blues music  I would like it better if they just went ahead and practiced what they preach. I have a few things I could contribute to  prout and how it should be brought to prominence in the minds of people but that is another post altogether. 

But it's back in Cagayan de Oro City for me and I am now in the midst of things that could spell nothing or something. This city has been my home for a long time until I left it and now I am almost a stranger in it.

Making money

The internet is a wonderful jungle, a jungle which might be difficult to navigate at times but a jungle nevertheless. There are many ways of navigating that jungle and one of these ways is through sites that provide pathways to other sites. This is called linking and might be considered a maze and you never know what you will find there. Finding something that interests you would be a good reason to bookmark that site so you can come back to it another time. Sites that provide access to other sites really provide some kind of service to the community of internet surfers and a referral from one whom you trust is a good thing.

Anyway, here's Cagayan de Oro City with another one: Cagayan de Oro City. My Cebu City site has made pr1, surprise, surprise. Dumaguete is still in the boondocks as far as Google goes but Dumaguete has made some headway. Jai Alexander rocks!

New Floor at Bethel Guest House

Website on the rise

Websites come and go and there is nothing one can do about it. Many, like old soldiers just fade away, deprived perhaps of the loving nurturing of faithful visitors. A new Philippine Directory is on the Cyber Space Horizon. New and fresh, it has Dumaguete City in it. A good thing indeed. We need more Sites on the Philippines and Dumaguete in particular. Let us hope that this new website grows and prospers and not go the way of old soldiers as Gen. Douglas Macarthur had observed.

Also featured are the cities of Cagayan de Oro and Cebu. There is no dearth of beautiful places in the Philippines. What is lacking is good electrical service. It matters not where you are in this beautiful country, you always have power outages that come without regard to consumers' needs. C'est la vie.
